"My Path" Brent

I was raised in Alliance, Ohio, in a home where entrepreneurship was more than just a career path—it was a way of life. With both of my parents owning their own businesses, I learned early on the value of hard work, service, and building something meaningful from the ground up. 

That foundation led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and later a master’s degree in Marketing, preparing me for a 24-year career in hotel, restaurant, and resort management. Throughout those years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead teams, create exceptional guest experiences, and manage operations at every level. But above all, I’ve learned that success is always rooted in relationships and trust.

My Christian faith grounds me, guiding the way I lead, serve, and support others. I’m a proud father of four, and family is at the center of everything I do. I had the privilege of watching my mother build her own adoption agency, and now it brings me great joy to stand beside my wife as she brings Tennessee Adoption Home Study Services to life. This work is personal for us—it’s about helping families grow, offering compassion and clarity, and walking with people through one of the most meaningful journeys of their lives.
